Use Interviews for candidates that passed Screening Tests
Before scheduling a TestDome Interview, it’s recommended to first use TestDome’s Screening Tests to filter candidates by their skills. Screening allow you to evaluate many applicants efficiently and ensure that only the most qualified individuals move on to the more in-depth, real-time interview stage. By starting with a strong pool of candidates, you’ll spend your interview time more effectively.
Whiteboard questions
Whiteboard-style questions can be valuable for assessing a candidate's understanding of abstract concepts such as software architecture or system design. These open-ended problems require candidates to articulate their thought processes clearly and explain their approach to solving a problem. Blank Code questions
